We have trainings and courses for everyone. We offer the most convenient and affordable CPR, First Aid and AED training in the Boston area.

All programs meet OSHA standards, plus are taught by American Safety & Health Institute and MEDIC FIRST AID certified instructors who are experienced teaching classes with Adult Learners.

Emergency Evacuation Training

This course is to get you prepared for an emergency. You will learn about and create a evacuation plan and what to do during an emergency. You will also learn what to pack for your evacuation bag and we will inform you on what supplies you will need to be prepared for any emergency.

Basic Asthma Training

Our Asthma Training focuses on controlling childhood asthma and reducing emergencies.

You will learn more about asthma and be able to recognize and manage the asthma triggers, while also being able to recognize and respond in a breathing emergency. Additionally, you will learn to understand the value of an asthma action plan.
